1. Introduction

These General Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of service packages from IMMOLUT LLC. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

3. Service Packages

  • Pack Essentiel:
    • Price: €80/month
    • Features: Regular email alerts, 12 photos included, daily performance tracking, customer service available 6 days a week, legal support via phone, unlimited free modifications.
    • Subscription Duration: 1 month
  • Pack Confort:
    • Price: €49/month
    • Features: All features of Pack Essentiel plus 20 photos, contact filtering, and a dedicated advisor.
    • Subscription Duration: 4 months
  • Pack Efficacité:
    • Price: €40/month
    • Features: All features of Pack Confort plus expert property estimation, ad creation, and financing information.
    • Subscription Duration: 6 months

4. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the user. Notifications of renewal will be sent to the user’s registered email address.

 

5. Withdrawal Period

Users have the right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To exercise this right, users must notify us in writing via email or letter.

 

6. Fees and Charges

No additional fees or charges apply beyond the subscription price stated for each service package.

 

7. Payment Methods

We accept payments via GoCardless, a secure direct debit service, as well as credit card payments via Stripe. By choosing one of these payment methods, you agree to the general terms of GoCardless or Stripe, which are available on their respective websites.

Direct Debit Authorization: When subscribing, you will need to authorize a direct debit mandate via GoCardless. This allows us to collect subscription payments directly from your bank account.

Credit Card Payments: If you opt to pay by credit card, payments will be processed securely through Stripe.

Payment Schedule: Payments will be collected on the same day each month, corresponding to the start date of your subscription. If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.

Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, GoCardless or Stripe will attempt to collect the payment again. If payment fails multiple times, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

 

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. For cancellations after the withdrawal period, users will not be entitled to a refund but can discontinue their subscription at the end of the current period.
